These items are not optional. We MUST have all three original documents (No photocopy or picture) to perform a piercing.
MINOR'S PICTURE ID (SCHOOL ID, LIBRARY CARD, PASSPORT OR ANYTHING GOVERNMENT ISSUED THAT PROVES IDENTITY)
MINOR'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR LEGAL DOCUMENTATION OF GUARDIANSHIP
PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S GOVERNTMENT ISSUED ID THAT MATCHES THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Contact the shop or your piercer, where you received the piercing from.
If you were pierced by us, please come to the shop and we will be happy to take a look at it and assist you.

We do not allow jewelry to be brought from unknown sources.
We cannot guarantee or verify the quality or be responsible for your jewelry.

Approximately 6-8 weeks
It is always best to consult with your piercer on when to downsize your jewelry.
